Stena Fe
Supplied as Fe 500, Fe 500D and Fe 500S. A high-ductility family balancing strength, elongation and fabrication-friendly behaviour for a wide range of RCC structures.
Homes, apartments, commercial buildings, institutional work and general reinforced concrete construction.
Stena Fe
Supplied as Fe 550 and Fe 550D. Higher-strength options for demanding designs where load capacity and reinforcement efficiency are important.
High-rise, industrial, infrastructure and engineered projects subject to approved structural design.
Stena Fe
Our highest-strength grade, engineered to reduce steel consumption and bar congestion in heavily loaded members while retaining dependable workability.
High-rise towers, bridges, metro and heavy infrastructure where dense reinforcement must be rationalised.
Stena Fe
For designs that call for a yield class above the Fe 600 ceiling. IS 1786:2008 does not define a 650 grade, so this is rolled and released against a specification agreed in writing for each order.
Specialised structures where the design explicitly requires yield strength above Fe 600 and the structural engineer has approved a non-IS grade.
Stena Fe 500D
A corrosion-resistant TMT chemistry with copper and chromium additions for structures exposed to moisture, humidity and salinity.
Coastal and marine construction, basements, water-retaining structures and high-humidity industrial environments.
01Available diameters
Thirteen diameters from 6 mm binding-scale bar right through to 50 mm heavy reinforcement — so a single supplier can cover slabs, columns, rafts and heavy infrastructure members.
Availability can vary by grade, order quantity and production schedule. Final selection should follow the structural engineer’s bar bending schedule and approved project documents.
Rib geometry, cut ends and dimensional consistency — checked and recorded batch by batch.
Every bundle is tagged to its heat number, so what arrives on site can be traced back to the batch that produced it.
Oblique crescent ribs and longitudinal lugs give the bond that RCC design depends on. Dimensional checks cover diameter, weight per metre and rib spacing before release.
